Boys may only participate in one regional tournament.  Play is from the back tees for both age divisions. A tie for first place and runners-up in any age division will be decided by a sudden death play-off beginning on Hole #1 immediately upon completion of the final round.

GIRLS DIVISION

Competition for girls begins with the two-day state tournament, and the top 36-hole scorer is invited to the national tournament. Girls may choose to play in a boys division regional tournament to gain tournament experience and practice. If a girl participates in a regional tournament, she must still register and pay the appropriate fees to play in the state tournament, at which she is guaranteed acceptance. There is a maximum of 52 girls accepted at the state tournament.
